Whether you're trying to get in a quick session in the morning before heading out to work or school or you're committing to an endurance fueled marathon session, you always feel like you've put the hard work and earned your progress. And if you need a little extra motivation to stay committed to a regular exercise regiment, the game even includes an alarm function that will remind you when it's time for your next scheduled routine even if the Switch is in Sleep Mode. But once you find your groove, each routine becomes a fluid combination of choreographed motion guaranteed to work up a sweat. It still takes getting used to holding the Joy-Con controls while swinging with the right combination of angle and speed to register the moves correctly. In terms of gameplay, Fitness Boxing 2 feels more responsive than the first game. While you might be the one putting in all the work, it's the instructor that reaps those cool cosmetic rewards. Oddly though, most of the tickets earned are used to buy cosmetic options for these trainers as opposed to the player. Each has his or her own unique personality and techniques, giving players a chance to find one they "click" with during workouts. Both the retuning and the new instructors seem a lot more developed this time around. There are a few cool additions, including a new soundtrack and three new instructors. It plays much more like an expansion pack, building on the foundation of the original. That being said, Fitness Boxing 2 doesn't reinvent the wheel. This sequel to 2019's Fitness Boxing on the Switch allows owners of that game to transfer their profiles to the new title to continue their long-term fitness goals. Fitness Boxing 2: Rhythm & Exercise does a fantastic job of giving players that personal training feel in the comfort of their own living rooms. When the world makes it difficult for a person to get to the gym, one sensible solution is to bring the gym to the person. As players complete routines and reach certain milestones, they earn credit that can be used for the in-game shop to further customize their gameplay experience. These routines are choreographed "shadow boxing" style workouts set to a playlist of popular music. Players choose a virtual trainer encourage them and work out with them through a series of selected exercise routines. The game's a sequel to 2019's Fitness Boxing, allowing owners of the previous game to transfer progress and continue their fitness program while giving newcomers a chance to start fresh with new personal fitness goals. Parents need to know that Fitness Boxing 2: Rhythm & Exercise is a sports fitness and rhythm game available on the Nintendo Switch. The game also includes choreographed routines set to hit pop music tracks. It also allows players to transfer their profile from the first game to the sequel, continuing on with their progress without interruption. This is the sequel to the original Fitness Boxing game and expands on the experience of the original.
